A NOTE FROM THE TEAM

Your entry.
Your information.

What we collect

When you apply, we store your artist name, Roblox username, Discord username and user ID, chosen country, song title, song link, optional notes and application status. Your tracking key is stored as a one-way hash.

What becomes public

Approved entries appear on the Participants page with their artist name, country, song title and song link. Approval also queues a Discord announcement containing your country, Discord mention and song title. Song links open on external services with their own privacy practices.

Review and access

The Euroshow team can review and edit applications, approve or reject them, and remove participant records. This site does not verify ownership of the Discord or Roblox details you enter; the team may confirm them separately. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in the notes.

Requesting a change or deletion

Contact the Euroshow organising team through the contest’s Discord community, quoting your application reference. The team can correct or delete the site record. An announcement already sent to Discord must be edited or removed separately by a moderator. Database backups may retain older records according to the hosting operator’s backup schedule.

Cookies and basic abuse prevention

We use an essential session cookie for form protection, application receipts and admin login. No advertising or analytics cookies are used. A keyed hash of the connection’s IP address is used for short-term submission and login rate limits; raw IP addresses are not saved by the application. The web host may keep separate access logs.

An independent Roblox community

Euroshow is a community music contest on Roblox. It is not affiliated with Eurovision, the European Broadcasting Union or Roblox Corporation.
